Dr. RAJESH BOJAN, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.
Dr. Rajesh Bojan received his B.A. in English Literature from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science in 2006 and an M.A. from Loyola College, Chennai in 2008. He earned his M.Phil. in English Language Teaching from Bharathiar University in 2009. He was awarded Ph.D. in Literature at Government Arts College, Coimbatore in 2021. He is an ardent lover of literature and has been composing poetry since 2004. He has published a collection of poetry titled மையைத் தொட்ட நொடி (2008) in Tamil consisting of 176 poems. This book was selected for inclusion in several libraries through The National Library Board of Singapore. His second collection of poetry in Tamil இதயத்தைவிட்டுப் போகிறாய் (2019) was published as Amazon Kindle Edition. He has published several articles in leading national and international journals. He is the Founder of The Dawn Publishers.

Ms. KAVITHA RAJESH, M.A., M.Phil. PGDCE.
Ms. Kavitha Rajesh is the Co-founder of the journal. She received her B.A. in English Literature from CSI Bishop Appasamy College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. She obtained her M.A. in English Literature and her M.Phil. in English Language Teaching from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She is specialized in the area of language teaching and has published several articles in various journals.

Dr. ARUN BEHERA, Ph.D., PGDTE, MA, DDE, PGDJ, AMSPI
Currently, an Associate Professor in the Department of English Language & Literature at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, Dr. Arun Behera has 30 years of experience during which he has held various positions such as HoD (Eng), Principal, Member of the University Senate, Board of Studies and Examination Observer, NSS Program Officer, IGNOU Coordinator etc. He has obtained PGDTE from the prestigious EFLU-Hyderabad and PhD in Linguistics & ELT (Phonetics & Spoken English). Dr. Behera is known for humility, commitment and values. An Advisor to RNB Global University, an approved Research Guide of JJT University, SME and BoS Member of Garden City University, Dr. Behera has authored eight books and published 100 Research Articles in National & International peer-reviewed Journals besides being a Reviewer/Editor of ten Journals. An enthusiastic trainer, he loves to help people with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, IDP, SAT-English, Personality Development, Spoken English etc. and has won a Pro (IELTS) by UrbanPro. Dr. Behera, who is an avid reader, a passionate teacher and a keen researcher, has been conferred with MTC Global Distinguished Teacher Award (2020), IRDP Award for Teaching & Research (2020), Shiksha Rattan Purashkar (2012), to name a few.

Dr. [Prof.] C. Muralidara Kannan has been teaching English Language and Literature for 30 years at the collegiate level. He has been an academician, administrator and a creative writer. He writes poems in English. Formerly been the Professor and Head of the Department of English at SNR Sons College [Autonomous], Coimbatore, and at present, he is teaching in the Post-Graduate and Research Department of English, Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore, India. He is the recipient of Shri P K Das Memorial Best Faculty Award for the year 2012. He is interested in American, African-American and Indian Literature, Literary Theory, Criticism, Translation etc.
Dr. PROF. M. MUTHUKUMAR, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., P.G.D.C.A.
Dr. [Prof.] M. Muthu Kumar has been teaching English Language and Literature for more than 15 years. He has published many research papers and articles in reputed journals. As an active Research Supervisor, he is guiding the research scholars leading to their M.Phil. and Ph.D. Formerly, he had a commendable teaching career at the Dept. of English, Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science and at present, he is teaching in the Post-Graduate and Research Department of English, Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore. He is interested in American Literature, Indian Writing in English, Research Methodology etc.

Dr. C. Shanmuga Priya is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of English in SRM Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. She has completed her Ph.D. on Workplace Communications in NIT, Trichy and has had 13 years of teaching experience. She has guided nine M.Phil. scholars. She has to her credit a book being authored and nearly thirty published papers in UGC care and other reputed journals. She has also published book chapters with Routledge Publishers and in other anthologies. She has given lectures on communication skills and Women empowerment. She has great passion for writing poetry.
Mr. PANCHANAN DURIA, M.A., M.Phil. PGDFE, PGDCE.
Mr. Panchanan Duria is an ELT Consultant and Practitioner. He is the founder of English Support Mission (ESM). He along with his English Support Team conducts workshops and training programmes for the Rural Youth for free. The mission has trained thousands of students in English skills to enable them to keep pace with their urban counterparts. He teaches English at R.C. College, Kodinga, Nabarangpur (Odisha). He received his M.A. and M.Phil. from Govt. College, Bhabanipatna and Sambalpur University and his PGDTE and PGDCE from EFLU, Hyderabad and University of Hyderabad. He also has a PGDFE and PPELT from Andhra University and British Council. He has also done FDP from Amity University, Tashkent and NIT, Trichy. Tamil Nadu. His specializations include English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Teacher Training, Vocabulary Teaching, Sociolinguistics, Applied Linguistics, Translation, Folklore, Communicative English, Teaching English to Tribal Students and Tribal Education.
Dr. ANANDHI M, M.A., B.Ed., M.Phil., GNIIT., Ph.D.
Dr. Anandhi. M has 12 years of teaching experience and 10 years of research experience to her credit. She has completed her Doctorate from Bharathiar University and obtained her M.Phil. degree from Government Arts College, Coimbatore and Post Graduate Degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She completed her Under Graduation from Nirmala College, Coimbatore. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai. She also has a honors Degree with ‘Grade A’ in Software Management from the National Institute of Information Technology (GNIIT). She is a qualified BEC Trainer with a BEC-V Certificate, commendable TKT –Teaching Knowledge Test, certified by Cambridge University. She has published several papers in renowned journals and has tapped Rs. 2,80,000 for a Minor Research project from UGC as a grant-in-aid fund for a project on ‘Reading Habits.’ She serves as a The Chairman of The English Board of Studies and Editor of The College Magazine ‘Anveshana’ and ‘Imprints’ the Newsletter of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women. She has also published a collection of her poems entitled Autumn Leaves-Vol 1.
Dr. SUMAN PATHAK, Ph.D., M.Phil., MBA., M.A.
Dr Suman Pathak earned her Ph.D. in Management from UP Technical University, M.Phil., MBA and MA in Public Administration from Rajasthan University. At present she is working as Professor at MATS Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. She is a passionate academician, researcher and trainer in HRM, OB & OD domain. She holds more than 25 years of vast experience in the area of research, teaching, training and consultation of Human Resource Management organizational behaviour, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. One Book and more than 24 National and International papers are under her credit. She has research interest in the various fields of HR and OB specifically on Generational Issues on organizational decisions, Personality type productivity and performance, Competence Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Work-life Balance, Stress Management, Branding, Entrepreneurship, Women Health and Literacy towards sustainable development etc. She loves to organize various events to involve students and faculties.

Dr Naveen K Mehta is presently working as an Associate Professor and Head–Communication Skills Department, Mahakal Institute of Technology, Ujjain (MP). He is a Former Faculty of Board of Studies, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He has more than 15 years of Research, Academic and Teaching experience. He has been honoured by the Prime Minister of India and Ministry of Human Resource Development of India on account of his meritorious and outstanding academic career. He has been elected as Fellow of Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, January 2013 and Senior Member of the IEDRC- International Economics Development Research Center. He is UGC- NET & SLET qualified as well as Triple Post Graduate in Business Management, Education and English Literature.
Dr. C.J. SOFIA, M.A., Ph.D.
Dr C.J Sofia has been teaching English language and literature for the past 8 years. She has completed Master’s degree in both English Literature and Psychology. She has been an academician and a creative writer. She is an active reviewer in several journals. She is an ardent lover of literature and loves to write poems and articles in English. She has published articles in International/ National Journals and has published two books. She is interested in American literature, Indian writing in English and Fiction.

PROF. SAVIOUR NATHAN A. AGORO, Ph.D., FCAI., MNIM.
Prof. Saviour Nathan Agoro studied Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where he earned all his degrees. He is the Academic and Executive Head at Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education. He is a Professor of Dramatic Literature and Head of the Department of Fine, Industrial; Theatre Arts, Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, Nigeria; He was former Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts. Before coming to Niger Delta University, he served as the Dean, School of Languages, Rivers State College of Education, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He belongs to the Society of Nigerian Theatre Artists, Association of Nigerian Authors and Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He was a Visiting Senior Lecturer in Drama and Theatre Arts at the Institute of African Studies, Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, Freetown, under the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps Programme (TAC). He has published many plays and has contributed to scholarship in Drama and Theatre Arts in many works.
Dr. NADIA ALI ISMAEL, M.A., Ph.D.
Dr. Nadia Ali Ismael has a Ph.D. in Modern American poetry and is currently an Assistant Professor teaching fourth-year students at the College of the Languages, University of Baghdad. She got her MA & PhD in British and American poetry from College of Arts, University of Baghdad. She has a research interest in literary criticism and English poetry. She has widely published research papers in local and international journals.
PROF. MARK O. IGHILE, Ph.D (Ibadan) FIFMD
Prof. Mark Osamagbe Ighile is a full Professor of African Literature, Folklore Studies and Biblical Criticism at Benson Idahosa University in Nigeria. He earned his PhD, M.A. and BA (Hons) degrees from the University of Ibadan. He taught African Literature, Folklore, Literary Criticism and Bible as an Oral and Literary Text at Redeemer’s University Nigeria for close to a decade before moving to his current workplace. He has served as Director of Academic Planning and Dean, Faculty of Arts and Education at Benson Idahosa University. He has published extensively on various aspects of African literature, folklore and literary Biblical criticism in reputable academic journals such as the Dawn. He is the Reviews Editor of UMEWAEN: Journal of Benin and Edo Studies, Oswego, New York.
Dr. T. KARUNAKARAN, M.A., M.PHIL., Ph.D.
Dr T Karunakaran is a TESL Ontario accredited language instructor who has published articles and research papers in reputed journals like Language in India, Contemporary Discourse, Asian Economic and Social Society, International Journal of English and Education and NELTA Choutari. He has presented papers in international conferences in Sri Lanka and abroad. He has been in the editorial boards of International journal of English and Education and Literati. He has been an ESL teacher at the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka for more than twelve years and his research interests are borrowings, bilingualism and bilingual education.
Dr. SEYED JALAL ABDOLMANAFI ROKNI, Ph.D.
Dr Seyed Jalal Abdolmanafi Rokni is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English Language and Literature, Golestan University, Iran. He holds PhD in English Language Teaching from the University of Mysore, India. He has lectured in universities, colleges, and language institutes in Iran over 15 years. He has published articles in national and international journals. He is an active member of the editorial board of several journals. His interests lie in Teaching Methodology, Language Testing, Additional Language Acquisition Studies, Task-Based Language Teaching, Learning Strategies, and CALL.
